- Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the instrumental. You may not use the instrumental in any other video, recording, or project beyond the submitted YouTube video.
- Your Rights: You retain all rights to your original vocal performance, lyrics, and creative arrangement.
- Credit: You must credit Techish Byte Records in the video description (e.g., "Instrumental by Techish Byte Records").
- Termination: This license may be revoked if you violate the contest rules, engage in fraudulent activity, or breach these terms.
